Currently in settings the send feedback button links to the Cisco support page and you have to open a ticket. Instead it should link to this site.
This is in reference to the iOS app. Once you select the menu with your picture there is a Send Feedback option. It directs the user to help.webex.com and it should instead direct the user to this site ciscocollabcustomer.ideas.aha.io. There is already a help option in the app and the help.webex.com site only allows you to submit a ticket if you want to send feedback.
