Share your screen with Optimize for Motion and Share your computer audio feature can uses on Webex Meetings. But you can't use this feature on Webex events. Zoom has been supporting this feature both webinars and meetings. Please publish this feature on Webex Events immediately

Apparently this is already planned for a further release:
