Webex app (UCM calling mode) finishes call when the microphone was in use by another application

below the current scenario from Customer:

"We have a cisco Webex calling application integrated with CUCM.

when we call from a cell phone where the Webex application is installed to the number associated with the Webex application (installed on the same phone)

we get the following error "Webex received a call from "XXX" but the microphone was in use by another application. Tap to see missed call "

if we have more than one device, like jabber, SX/DX devices, or other phones, it also hangs up the incoming call and sends calls to voicemail."


Customer would like the app to behave differently and instead of declining call and forwarding to voicemail, to dismiss Webex app response and keep call processing towards the associated devices with same DID


The functional scenario mentioned is:

"If user is testing a change and trying to call from outside line to call manger registered DID the call would be completed to the devices associated with same DID"
