Block Specific External Webex Accounts from Messaging

Requesting a new feature in Control Hub for Webex admins of subscribed and verified orgs to be able to add blocks for individual specific external Webex user accounts - especially free consumer org Webex <teams> accounts. This will help with situations where potential bad actors have free consumer Webex accounts that are either using external 1:1 or group spaces to attempt unwanted communications to our legitimate Webex account users. Subscribed and managed orgs still want the ability to generally communicate with external Webex users, but be able to stop potential harassment\threat\abuse communication situations coming from specific external accounts we do not own and thus cannot manage their spaces.

Since the free consumer accounts can be based from email accounts on broadly used domains such as gmail, blocking entire domain would not necessarily be helpful either.

End Users should have the ability to block individual connections and not just mute.

I have an end user that has vendor's contacting him and he would like to be able to something to stop or prevent it. I do not want to have to administer it on Control Hub.
