Allow greater control over Cisco Telephone Device Settings for the 8800 Series sets

Need to be able to set the following in Control Hub - Per location or Org. wide

Missed call indicator for ALL Ext.'s. (On/Off)

Dial Assistance (Enable/Disable)

Missed Call Shortcut (Enable Disable)
