Add ability to view "Chat" on DX's 70 , 80 & Desk Pro

Add the ability to see chat messages for Cisco DX 70, 80's , Desk Pro, Room kits and Boards that join as panelists on Event or Training center. Currently there is no way to see any chat that occurs when users join via Panelist invite link. It can only be viewed on a PC or Mac.

    Allowing the video endpoints to join an Event as an Attendee would be nice. . .
