Display working hours (can be modified by the user) and holidays in the chat window

When contacting to a colleague without knowing where he is based, this could give an indication on whether an e-mail is more appropriate or when an answer can be expected. WFH, people have more flexible working hours and been able to know when is a good time to contact somebody would be highly appreciated.
