Enable Noise Removal by default

Currently the Noise Removal feature introduced in 9.15 requires users to manually enable the feature for each call. Our users are used to having the Babble noise reduction feature enabled by default in the Webex Meetings app. Can the NoiseRemoval Mode setting have an Enabled option to have the feature enabled for all calls?
