Allow co-hosts to join locked Webex Meeting

Allow a pre-assigned cohost to enter and reclaim the host role from a Webex Meeting that has been locked.

    Could you please provide a use case of what you are attempting to solve? Are you trying to make sure that if a host that has locked the meeting gets disconnected from the Internet there is a way to get back into the meeting as a cohost?
