Ability to act as a service provide for internal customers. In traditional video solutions the Video admin team is able to monitor a conference call and assist if there is a problem. Webex Meetings doesn't allow any type of white glove support services to supporting divisions with active meetings or to be able to manage high profile meetings with executives. This is common in legacy video conferencing systems and is stalling transition from legacy systems to Webex.
