User Community Feedback

We have meetings that happen throughout the day so we have set them up so that they are 7:30 am until 7:30 pm, even though they may only get used that day from 1:30 pm until 3:00 pm. Recently those of us who have set up these types of meetings have been receiving emails saying people are waiting to start the meeting when they shouldn't be in there yet. The attendee is just sitting in there on hold and that's that. Its become a pretty large concern for us.
