WxC 'Call Decline' when used any device should decline the call on all associated devices

The default behavior for 'Call Decline' in WxC is as follows.

Webex Calling Scenario: User has 8845, Webex app on Mac & Webex app on iOS device. When DID rings, the user selects decline on…

• 8845 – Webex app on both Mac and iOS continue to ring until forwarded to VM

• Mac – 8845 & iOS continue to ring until forwarded to VM

• iOS – 8845 & Mac stop ringing but caller continues to hear ringback until forwarded to VM

Call decline behavior should be the same across all endpoints to add more consistency to the feature, and potentially have an option to change the behavior for flexibility.

Goal.

if a user declines a call on one device, it stops ringing on all other devices and applies the configured busy treatment (busy signal, go to VM, etc.). But if the user is set up with shared lines, then we want the call to continue to ring.

Yes, please. It is annoying to have to swipe away, or answer/hang up every other device that rings when I answer on a call on my 8861 desk phone.
