Freeze Video on purpose

Particularly in the case of large meetings, it is not necessary to transmit all of the participants' movements as video. The fidget can be annoying at times. In addition, these video streams consume a lot of bandwidth.

Solution: The user can switch to the still image, that is pause the video while audio and every other action is fully transmitted. The still image should then be visibly marked as such for everyone to see.

This would be also helpful to not having people disable their camera (for a short break) and disturb the other video conference participants with this. With the freeze it is less annoying for all participants if you need a short pause for the video. For sharing content this freeze/pause already exists, but not for video/conferencing.
