Show Caller in MPPs for forwarded Webex Calls

When using an MPP device for Webex Calling, one may connect the device to the Webex app. If the Webex app receives a Webex Call (LOCUS), one is able to answer the call either within the app or (by default) by forwarding it to the connected desk device.

In that scenario, the LOCUS call will be transcoded to a SIP call signalling at the all user's devices, eg. mobile client and desk client.

Unfortunately, the signalling involves a temporary ID which is getting displayed instead of the real caller. Even if the ID is not callable afterwards, it would be less distracting if the real caller's name would be displayed in the device. The caller is known to the Webex platform (as it is getting signalled in the LOCUS call), so it can be transferred to the INVITE of the SIP call.
