Right now if you are screen sharing in the webex app you cannot have another call going at the same time. For instance, I call someone's cellphone to work a ticket and ask them to share their screen with me in webex, I cannot do that because I already have a call going on my softphone. This same issue applies with being in a webex meeting and not being able to take another call at the same time without leaving the meeting. Even joining multiple webex meetings at the same time for meetings that run long. With the old webex meetings client I could join multiple meetings at once as well as be on a call and webex meeting at the same time.
