Improve visual distinctness of icons for "speaking" and "muted" participants

WebEx uses a microphone for both, with and without a slash. On a high DPI notebook screen it is difficult to quickly find the speaker in a long list of muted participants.

GotoMeeting does it better, using a audio speaker icon for the speaker, and a slashed microphone for muted.
