Allow user to edit their display name while in a session

Why should the user have to exit the meeting if they miss the tiny edit box before joining? Some groups request participants add their company name in parens to help identify affiliations. For company-internal meetings that is not needed or desired. At minimum, WebEx should save the name used for each external meeting hosting organization as part of my Webex account so they are remembered meeting to meeting.

    Adding to this...My organization has expressed similar interests when having meetings with external groups. The ability to customize your name's appearance in Meetings (especially Space Meetings) has been requested from many of our departments conducting interviews. Specifically, the ability to only show your first name in a space meeting.
