Default to "Optimize for Video"

We use the 'Optimize for video" feature a lot because we share a lot of demo's and videos amongst our team. But we always forget to set it, so we need to jump out and reshare. Would be great if we could default to this setting so it always optimizes for video.

    Ideally, we'd be able to identify high framerate video and adapt and optimize dynamically, removing the need for a user to specify high resolution(txt/images) vs. high framerate (motion). This would be the ultimate, user-friendly solution.

    Since there's a trade-off between resolution and frame-rate when choosing optimize for 'motion and video' vs 'text and images' I'd suggest this be a user defined default in the Preferences instead of a global default for everyone.
