Previously, WebEx Recordings provided two links, one for a Streaming view, and one for a Download of the source MP4 file.

Now, if Downloads are enabled, then ANY viewer seeing the recording video is able to download a copy of the full source file.

– This is a major security risk, as it no longer gives us any control over who may be able to download a full copy of the recording!

However, if Downloads are Disabled, then there is NO option for any user – including the Host – to be able to obtain a downloaded copy of the video, in order to use it for further editing or posting on video playing sites.

Please restore the feature that allowed for two unique links for each recording: a Streaming and a Download link – as was available previously.
