Given that other platforms such as Zoom offer the below capabilities, it is hard to continue to use Training Center as an interactive learning platform, if the following functions are not fixed:
After running through several scenarios with Cisco support team, it appears that Training Center does not support powerpoint slides that has audio and video imbedded into the slide. The video may work, but participants do not hear the audio. We have tried sharing screen/desktop/application/file, etc.
The breakout rooms can be further enhanced with the option of showing video cameras. At the moment, it is audio only. It would also be nice to be able to upload a document or show the slides from the "main room" into the breakout rooms.
When the "mute upon entry" is used, participants are unable to mute themselves. This seems like a very restrictive function for an interactive learning platform with the ability to create breakout rooms.
Allowing "all attendees" to participate in chat should be a default rather than an option the host has to assign privileges to every session. Again, the restrictive nature of this does not align with the interactive nature this platform is intended to be.
The ability to upload documents and materials into the platform during a session, including breakout rooms would be preferred.
Planned as we support training features in WEbex meetings starting with Video breakouts and cohost in 40.9
