Enhance local recording quality

As local recording has the best input source without bandwidth limitations a much higher quality would be possible.

The customer assume this is works as designed as this allows basically to cap the recording quality to the limits of the cloud recording.

The customer asks there any settings to improve this, is there anything planned to improve this or are customers recommended to use 3rd party tools like OBS to do the screenrecording locally with FHD quality or whatever the input source may be?

Here are further information on the issue, to get a better picture of the issue we face.

I know that cloud recording quality is limited to the information streamed (and therefor depends on bandwidth and connection quality), but we see that recordings, that are done locally and not affected by this limitations also suffer poor quality, basically being degraded to the limit of the stream.

    Video started in content share:

    H264 MPEG-4 AVC (part 10) (avc1)

    1920x1080

    Frames 25-30

    1280x720

    Frames 25-30

In addition to changing between video and content causes an additional impact to quality.

Locally we have the raw input streams and a much better recording quality can be achived, if local recording is done with 3rd party tools like OBS, this allows in regards to the mentioned recordings above 1920x1080 with 60 frames which is direct comparision a fully different experience (despite output size which tremendiously increases but for most endusers it is worth it).

Currently users are forced to use 3rd party tools, it would be much better user expierence if the endusers had at least the chance to perform high quality recordings locally from webex itself.
