Email alert for WebEx operation status COGNIZANT

Cognizant Have a request in regards to subscribing to notifications over email whenever a service in status.webex.com is changed to non-operational.


Cisco engaged few Account Managers and they used their connections to check with the Communications team, which is in charge of the status.webex.com page.

They did confirm that there at this time Cisco does not support email notifications for updates/post on Status.webex.com presently but could happen in future


The only possibility to follow for outages is with the RSS bot in the WebEx App .


Cognizant wants to raise a feature request so that in future this ask can be accommodated
