Webex app - Ability to identify the number/DTMF in KEYPAD when dialing

Previously, when I used Jabber for windows to call the Cisco TAC support hotline. After the opening greeting asked me to put in the case number, I can paste the Case number into the KEYPAD, and Jabber can identify the number/DTMF from the keypad menu. Since we migrated to Webex app, this is not available anymore.
