Outlook Presence integration

Once Outlook integration is setup with Hybrid Calendar (Exchange), there are two enhancements that would be helpful.


  1. Webex Presence should show busy, if a person is engaged in a meeting (as defined by their Outlook calendar), even if Webex calling or meeting is not in use.

For example: you have a meeting in your Outlook calendar, with either an in-office meeting or telephone call NOT using the Webex client or Webex meeting.

The calendar shows this meeting, so the users Presence should also show "In outlook meeting". This feature is already in BETA and is very useful. Please bring it into production.


2. While "in an Outlook meeting", the Do not disturb options that normally apply while on a webex call or meeting, should also apply.

Example: If on a Webex (call or meet or screenshare), i will not get pop-up notifications or call notifications. I want the same option while in an Outlook meeting, where Webex is not engaged (ie: face to face).
