Allow co-hosts to access the registration

Allow co-hosts to access the registration reports.

Only hosts can access the registration reports so when they are out no one else can view them. So the hosts have to access while on vacation or no one knows who will be joining the sessions. We need to have co-hosts access and share registration reports.
