webex-js-sdk (meetings): Issue related to role and lobby-waiting

Scenario:

  1. I use a guest token to join a meeting which hasn't started yet.

  2. Member's status is 'IN_LOBBY'. So far so good. But Member's 'isHost' is set to TRUE.

  3. When the real host joins, the meetings kicks in (becomes ACTIVE etc. etc.) and everything starts.

  4. The big issue is that the guest (1) still retains the 'isHost' to TRUE.
