add invitee list option to WebEx Events (new) scheduling page.

The invitees list option to send the attendees a registration form from the scheduling page for events (New) is not available. our requiest is to add this option to the upcoming upgrades for WebEx Event (New), so attendees can receive the registration list with their timezone.
