Webex Teams: 'Available' presence indicator not clear enough - make it clearer

The green circle around the photo/avatar which indicates that party is online is not visible enough - can this be made thicker (or otherwise more obvious) - ideally to be compliant with WACG2.0 Accessibility requirements
