Improve accessibility under macOS

Under macOS you can improve keyboard navigability by enabling "Use keyboard navigation to move focus between controls" in System Preferences -> Keyboard -> Shortcuts.

This allows the use of Tab and Shift-Tab to move between different UI elements, like the mute button.

However, while this often works well after entering a meeting, once you do anything else - like interacting with the participants window, or chatting, especially when clicking on a link there - the app completely loses track of where in the UI the focus is, and it's impossible to get the focus back on the bottom button row by pressing Tab.

It's useful to have the focus there since you can mute or unmute yourself just by hitting Space, not having to hold it, and it's often perfectly fine to remain unmuted if you have decent echo cancellation. Using the mouse isn't super ergonomic, the app should be accessible.
