Absentee Report

Since we already have the ability to get info about those who joined a specific meeting, and the number of attendees of those who didn't join, it would be resourceful if there were detailed information of the absent attendees, such as a username or an email address, or a standalone absentee report that can show that for us depending on the invited attendees.

    My comment remains the same as posted on 9 June 2021. I want data to follow up with absentees to share information with them. The absentees were clearly interested so ignoring just because they couldn't attend a session is not ideal.

    hi Devia - can you please elaborate why this looks important for the customers? As most of cases, the host will care about attendees instead of absentees.

    Thanks Ahmad. Given there are so many varying reports from Webex, the absentee report should be made readily available. If you can track X number of absentees, then some data should be applied.

    Suggest Webex enable full data for absentees. There's 2 options, attendees, and absentees - it's pretty simple data analysis.
