UCM CDR Reporting for 0 duration calls

0 duration calls in Hunt Pilot report show NA in the connection time field. Customer (PIC) would like to show the actual time of connect instead of NA. This issue - although cosmetic in nature- is causing irritation to PIC management and to billing systems that process the CDR records produced by UCM.
