Respond option for the "raise hand" function

It would really be helpful to add another way of raising your hand in order to signal a direct response during a discussion. Since the raise hand function is currently the only permanently visible option, only the chat is left for signaling a response wich can get messy. A possible gesture could be some sort of the pointing emoji 👈.

Would be nice for Jabber to have parity with CE9 / RoomOS endpoints and WebRTC when using Cisco Meeting Server 3.3+
