add a feature that allow the customer to shorten the meeting/event invitation URL.

it's more preffered if the option to shorten the meeting invitation URL than sending the invitation link with the numbers and letters was added into webex "as example add an option to send a short url in the invitation while scheduling or from the meeting information..."
