Because of Covid-19 Cisco upgraded the features of free Webex-Accounts.

Thanks for that - I think that is great.

Just in case, Cisco wants to downgrade the free accounts after the crisis,
I suggest the following:

- set the time-limit to 90 minutes per meeting
(not just 40 which is too short for business-use = business-customers will not even try to use Webex)

- reduce the maximum number of participants to 12 (host+11)
(enough for private-usage and small & medium business)

- allow meeting recording to the cloud - but only one (1) meeting.
(enough to show how this feature works, but not enough for heavy business-usage)

- disable all call-in options via phone - is this really still relevant in 2020?

- limit cloud-storage capacity to 1 GB (?)
(enough to see the benefit from that but not enough for intensive data-sharing)

- allow all options for customization (colors, icons...)
(this may help to increase/deepen the emotional tie to the product)


Idea behind that:
I think its better to show "all" features but reduce the accessible capacity of them.
By doing so, the product can be fully experienced - but still limited;
making the customer want more = the customer will upgrade to a paid license..

I guess that´s more effective than hiding features completely and make the user think that Webex did not have this feature at all.
