Don't minimize participant video when start sharing screen

When starting screen sharing during a video call on my Mac, the participants video is minimized. This surely is meaningful if there is only one screen connected. But if the video window is on the 2nd screen and the 1st screen is shared this is meaningless. I always have to get the video maximized which is quite annoying.
