Often when inviting people who don't use webex are confused over the view - if i'm organising a meeting where I know Active Speaker, or the grid view would be better, would be good to set that as the default for the meeting when setting up. then if the user wants to change it later, they can.

Makes the meeting more productive than explaining how to change the view for the first 10 mins.
