Group users logging into webex dev portal

currently any integration bot id created is visible only to the person who created it. Unfortunately in a any enterprise this should not be single person driven and there should be flexibility to create a bot id as a group so that even if one person is no longer part of the team , the bot id is still available with the bot details.
