Ability to Control "Android Level" settings, independently of iOS/Windows/MacOS

When dealing with the 'Remove background noise' issue (TAC 691573875) we were told we could toggle the feature via Control Hub, but it would impact all device types.

We'd like to see a system whereby toggles can be enabled/disabled on a per device type basis, so that if a feature is only broken for one of the apps (e.g. Android) we do not have to disable it for other device types also.
