Modify the default layout for CVI meetings on cloud registered and cloud aware endpoints

Video endpoints dialing into the CVI lobby automatically start with the 'Focus' layout. Even if the user changes that during a call, the next call defaults back to the same Focus layout when entering via that method.

Video endpoints dialing directly into a CVI meeting and bypass the lobby are automatically starting with the 'Overlay' layout. Again, if we change this manually on a codec (say to 'Grid' layout) and dial back in, we get the same Overlay layout again.

We would like to enable the option to modify and save the default layout for CVI meetings on cloud registered and cloud aware endpoints.

    Defaulting to Grid view is essential for my business use case, any update on when this feature will be altered is appreciated.
