Alert Webex host that a change is coming allows them to notify their meeting attendees of coming changes. This helps manage change and allows planning so that a change does not negatively impact a meeting when it first appears.

It also created a feedback as to issues / use cases which possibly development/product management had not considered, that may be important enough to delay rollout until address.

It builds confidence that changes have been evaluated as reason for / value of a change can be communicated.

Also if no roll back will be possible (or ability to disable feature) — implementing this idea gives hosts time to plan accordingly. This type of communication is critical in these types of situations.
