Limit attendee chat function

In Webex Events, I would like to see the option for the host to modify chat privileges in a way that prohibits attendees from sending a chat to anyone except the host. I was able to do this prior to the latest update, and am unsure why the option no longer exists. For large public events, it is important for us to limit written interaction between attendees and attendees, and/or attendees and the panelists. In the past, we experienced a situation where an event attendee entered inappropriate remarks in the chat box, which was visible to all participants. After this incident, I completely removed the option for attendees to chat with anyone but the host (myself). It would be extremely helpful to have this feature re-instated.
