With larger-scale meetings involving multiple phone participants, it can be difficult to see which participants are the source of background noise or speaking out of turn. It would be very helpful to have the same approach used by Zoom, in which active speakers are moved to the top of the participant list as their sound input becomes a source for the meeting - this allows the conference host or cohost to quickly mute those who are creating audio issues for the conference.
