Need to have visibility to end user defined speed dials when making programming changes to 8800 series phones

Regarding 8800 phones: Issue is that if there are end user defined speed dials, if you are administering the phone remotely you have no way of knowing, and if you assign new line appearances, they overwrite the speed dials. Not a good user experience.
