Automatic / Town Hall View on Video Devices

In town halls and other use cases, we want to see a bunch of remote attendees so typically, we would want a grid view. However, some of those attendees would be speakers and in that instance we would would a prominent or stage view. Rather than manual switching it would be great if there was a layout option that automatically switched between these types of layouts allowing the active speaker to be called out automtaically - almost like how apple facetime works - then switch back to grid once they have stopped talking
