Enable File transfer option for Hosts, not only Presenters in Webex Meetings

File transfer option is available only for Presenters now. It will be extremely helpful if the Host could use it too. Sometimes, there are more than one people managing a meeting and if the Presenter is sharing a screen, for example, the Host can transfer files at the same time and vise versa.
