Do not show duplicate results of inactive accounts while searching in Webex app

When a user is deleted any previous 1-1 correspondence is saved in a space by design. This is retrieved when the user name is searched. If a user with the same name is created and deleted multiple times each will have a different uuid and space and return as independent search results.
