Enable File transfer option for Hosts, not only Presenters in Webex Meetings

File transfer option for Hosts will be very helpful while hosting a meeting. Sometimes there is more than one person managing a meeting and while the Presenter is sharing screen, file, etc. the Host can Transfer file instead.
