Webex: Larger or full thumbnail profile photo/image instead of small round profile photo

Webex users that have a profile photo appears as a small round image when they don't have video enabled.

It would be nicer if the image can be larger to fill the grid instead of a tiny round image.

When the participant is an active speaker the image should be larger as well.
