For the BU unit,

Please implement cert monitoring process similar to CUCM. This is required to make sure that admins are notified of impending cert expirations. If certs are not updated accordingly then the ability to make Video calls through the expressways will fail. We recently experienced such issue and it took down the whole A/V infrastructure for a whole day.
