CUCM - Add end user portal re-direct capability based on "Home Cluster"

Hi, we manage multiple CUCM clusters connected via ILS to a centralized SME. It would be nice if we could provide all users with a single end user portal URL. Upon login, CUCM would then check their Home Cluster status and re-direct them to the appropriate cluster's local end user portal.
